Parking

Parking is fast becoming one of the largest revenue generators in a variety of commercial properties. The responsibilities inherent in carrying out the operations, maintenance and repair of these facilities and their equipment are a significant burden on property managers.

Our mission is to help you to dedicate your expertise to your company’s mission by freeing you from the tasks associated with the operations and maintenance of your parking facility. We therefore propose to take on the performance of these tasks and to carry out this work within a well designed Implementation and Performance Program which is in harmony with your needs for security, safety, operations and maintenance.

Avion understands the complexities of operating a parking operation. With our knowledge and experience we can assure the investment in your facility is secure.

In developing a working partnership with Avion, we will research and create an in depth analysis for the parkade in order to form the foundation of an Implementation and Performance Program for the facility. This formalized plan would be created with data available at the time of operation and as well as new data collected by our team while the parkade continues to be managed by the current operators.

This plan would become the basis of a formal contract.

Ticketing is a new component to Avion Services. At the Winnipeg James Armstrong International Airport we are tasked with ticketing any vehicles that are parked or left unattended in no stopping/parking areas. All areas at the airport are clearly marked with signage. In the case of a ticket being issued, there are a number of options for the customer. They can pay the ticket at the Avion office located on the 5th Floor of 2000 Wellington Ave. (Air Traffic Control Tower Building), main floor by arrivals area B, or pay the ticket online at www.avionservices.com/payments. You can pay by phone using your Visa or M/C by calling 784-5799. You can contest the ticket at the Court of Queen’s Bench Small Claims Court. Any tickets not paid in a timely fashion are reported to the credit bureau and will effect your credit rating.
