Unlike our competitors, to ensure aptitude in security work, our staff selection policy includes an orientation seminar. Based on the material presented a written test must be passed as a prerequisite to employment with our firm. We believe recruiting personnel with the right aptitude for security work gives us a distinct advantage. We believe our program is the only one of its kind in Saskatchewan.

With Avion staff you won’t have to worry whether the Security Officer employed at your facility is properly trained. We believe strongly in training and the commitment that our personnel must continually upgrade themselves.
