John Cozman brings over 25 years of experience in the Security industry to his position with Avion Services Corporation as the Regional Manager of Protective Services for Saskatchewan.

John began his career in the Security industry with Regina Exhibition Park and spent eighteen years there with his last position as Security & Parking Manager.

John then moved on to accept a position of Security Manager with Sask Gaming Corporation where John managed the Security Department at Casino Regina.

John then joined Securitas Canada as the Branch Manager for Saskatchewan from 2003-2007.

In March of 2007, John returned to Sask Gaming Corporation as the Manager of Surveillance Investigations for Casino Regina & Casino Moose Jaw.

John joined Security Resource Group in October 2008 as the Director of Protective Services and in April 2010 John became the Regional Manager Protective Services for SRG & Avion Services Corp. John is responsible for the over -all development and management of the Saskatchewan branch.

Joan Kotyk is employed with Avion Services as the Operations Supervisor for Saskatchewan. Joan has over 8 years of management experience in the security industry and is responsible for the over-all management of the operations dept overseeing the Guards, Mobile and LPO personnel.

Joan also plays a vital role in strengthening employee/client relationships.
