Regional Manager Avion Services

As a member of the management group has the expertise and 25 years of service in both the security industry and management. This individual directly oversees the overall operations of Avion Services. This position demands a keen understanding of security operations and requires an ability to quickly adjust to the ever-changing landscape of the industry. Her primary focus is to provide the level of service our clients understand and expect.

Operations Manager
Corey Peloquin

This position is a critical component of Avion’s successful operations. This individual is responsible for scheduling and maintaining the integrity of all of Avion Services Staff including the James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. Corey also plays a vital role in strengthening employee/client relationships.

Support Staff
Nikki Todd – Finance Coordinator
Allison Shandroski – HR and Finance Assistant
Heather Froelich– Operations Assistant
Ashley Odger– Administrative Assistant

Each of these individuals play a vital role in Avion’s success. All are committed to providing exceptional service in all areas of responsibility.

Nikki is responsible for accounts receivables and accounts payables as well as supports a number of other vital areas.

Heather is our scheduler for all onsite activities including escorts and is our resident expert in licensing and online training.

Ashley greets and ensures that all of our guests are comfortable and well cared for. She is an additional support for all areas of Avion.

Supervisors Onsite and Offsite
This position is responsible for the on site delivery of Avion’s services. This includes ensuring that there is the sufficient number of properly trained & dressed staff required to provide a first class product to the client. This position is required to keep the customers needs in mind and when making decisions will always think of the customer first. As the offsite Mobile Shift Supervisor is accountable for all the security staff off site they are also a measure for the level of service this staff provides. The Mobile Shift Supervisor has a functional reporting relationship with Avion’s clients and/or Avion senior management.
